EXHIBITION SUBMISSION

Deadline for Exhibition Submissions is on Friday 30 September 2022.

Welcome to 10th International Exhibition on Architecture, Technology, Design and Art. The Exhibition will be held at Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts, Gallery of Science and Technology, Belgrade, Serbia,  2-17 December 2022.

APPLICATION

Exhibition Application should be written in English with text description and illustrations. Provide the following details:

  • Title
  • Typology (for example Project, Research, Design, Artwork etc)
  • Name of Authors
  • Text Description (no more than 70 words in .doc format)
  • Illustration (no more than 3 images in .jpg format, 150 dpi, each up to 18 cm wide)

Please note that Application material will be used for Exhibition Book. Send your updated materials for Exhibition Book no later then 15 September 2022.


POSTER LAYOUT

Posters should include title of the presentation and authors names. 

The poster dimensions are 60 cm (width) and 80 cm (height). The poster orientation should be vertical (portrait).

There is no restriction in design since poster design is evaluated by Jury as standard criteria.

Please note that original artworks or their copies have no restriction in size or orientation.


POSTER SUBMISSION

  •  Printed Poster and/or Artwork Submission at the Gallery

Posters (printed and mounted on foam board 3-5 mm) and additional models, video material or other materials should be delivered at the Gallery.

We encourage authors to submit works in original media but digital copies are also welcome.

We kindly ask all participants to strictly adhere to the time slot for the submission of materials at the Gallery as follows:

- 21-25 November 2022, Monday to Friday, 9am-8pm,

- 26 November 2022, Saturday, 10am-3pm.

For participants from abroad the Organizers provide printing service for the additional cost of 15 eur per Poster including mounting on foam board and delivery. Please send your files for printing in 150 dpi, via wetransfer or similar no later then 15 November 2022.

The dates for collection of works after the Exhibition at the Gallery:

- 20-21 December 2022, Tuesday and Wednesday, 10am-2pm.

Any work not collected immediately during scheduled collection dates will be stored by the end of the January 2023.
  • E-Poster for Jury

E-Poster is digital version of your work that should be optimized for online review by international Jury and up to 5 Mb in size.

Recommended file formats are .jpg or .pdf.

Tip: Include videos or photo galleries as a interactive link or QR code.


AWARDS

The International Jury will evaluate and award best Exhibition entry as MicroMacro Award.

STRAND Awards are dedicated to the recognition of implemented projects, as well as design projects and competitions in the field of architecture design, interior design, furniture design (home and street or public decor), public space design, urban design, smart city design, art projects, new ideas and their exemplary implementations, a new methodological approach. The competition is international, open to all geographical locations.

The winner of the MicroMacro Award receives 8 prints to be shown as a central part of the Exhibition in gallery.

Awards Criteria:

  • Creativity: Originality and artistic quality.
  • Relevance: To what extent the design serves the specific purpose it was designed for.
  • Design quality: Design excellence including use of images, typography.


REGISTRATION

Exhibition Registration fee is 50 EUR per Poster.

Applicants can choose to exhibit one Project on 2 or more Posters. Registration fee for the second Poster is 25 EUR.

The Exhibition Registration does not include the printing of the Posters.
